Terms Of Service

Hoshinon Inc. ("the Company") establishes the following Terms of Service ("the Terms") for the use of the e-commerce website "Aiueobuy.com" ("the Website"). These Terms govern the browsing, purchase of products, transactions, and related services ("the Services") provided through the Website.


Article 1: Scope of the Terms of Service

  1. Users must agree to these Terms to use the Website and the Services.
  2. By using the Website or the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
  3. The Terms also incorporate individual terms, additional rules, guidelines, and help documents (collectively referred to as "Guidelines") provided by the Company on the Website or through other appropriate methods.
  4. The Company may add, modify, suspend, or delete content, links, addresses (URLs), and other elements of the Website as necessary. The Company is not liable for any damages caused to users or third parties due to these changes.


Article 2: The Services

  1. Users can purchase products from the Company through the Services.
  2. To place an order, users must follow the methods specified by the Company and submit accurate and truthful information.
  3. Delivery of products purchased through the Services is limited to addresses within Japan.


Article 3: Formation of Contracts

  1. Upon placing an order, users will receive an automated "Order Confirmation Email" acknowledging receipt of the order, but this does not constitute acceptance of the order.
  2. The contract is established when either:
    • The Company sends a "Shipping Confirmation Email" upon dispatching the product, or
    • The Company explicitly accepts the order via separate notification.
  3. Users must contact the Company by the designated deadline for cancellations or order modifications. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


Article 4: Payment Methods

  1. Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are displayed on the product page.
  2. Payment must be made using the user’s own credit card or other specified payment methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Paidy.
  3. Users are responsible for resolving disputes with their payment providers independently.


Article 5: Delivery and Receipt of Products

  1. Products are typically shipped within 3–4 business days after the order is confirmed, with delivery taking an additional 1–3 days (excluding remote areas like Hokkaido, Okinawa, or isolated islands).
  2. Users are responsible for receiving deliveries within the carrier's retention period. If products are returned to the Company due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or incorrect address details, the order will be canceled, and return shipping fees will be charged.


Article 6: Cancellations, Contract Termination, and Returns

  1. Cancellations by Users:
    • Orders placed before 11:59 AM on a business day may be canceled by 1:00 PM the same day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on holidays may be canceled by 1:00 PM on the next business day.
  2. Returns:
    • Returns or exchanges for user convenience are not accepted.
    • For defective or incorrect items, contact the Company within 30 days of receipt. The Company will cover return shipping fees for such cases.


Article 7: Ownership and Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk for purchased products transfer to users upon delivery by the carrier.


Article 8: Disclaimer for Product Information

The Company strives for accuracy in product descriptions but does not guarantee completeness or currency. Images on the Website are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual product.


Article 9: Notifications and Communications

Notifications from the Company to users may be posted on the Website or sent via email. Notifications are deemed complete when posted or sent.


Article 10: Membership Registration and Termination

  1. Users must agree to these Terms to register as members.
  2. Members can terminate their registration by following the Website’s procedures. Upon termination, member-exclusive services and data will no longer be available.


Article 11: Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.


Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
